Spinal tumors
Secondary spinal tumors (metastases) are relatively common, but primary tumors are rarer.
The location of the tumor (intra or extradural, intra or extramedullary, etc.) will give valuable clues as to its nature.
The treatment will vary depending on the nature of the lesion (conservative, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, combined).
